Icons display problem

I have a problem with icon disply. I have a folder that
have some 32 bit icons.. Their colors are wonderful when I
see them through any program that manipulate the icons.
When I open the folder through "Windows Explorer" or "My
computer", the icons appear with less colors !!
Appareantly it's not a problem with the Hardware because
the Icon programs disply the icons with full colors. I
think it may be a problem with windows itself.
Please help.
