error msg 103....

After installing and running this program, this the msg I
receieved, " Warning, Microsoft Anti Spyware has encounted
a critical error (Error 103). Please restart MS Anti
Spyware again. If you continue to experience this problem,
please contact Microsoft support at
support@giantcompany.com for immediate assistance."

I ran the Spybot and Ad ware to get rid the about:blank issue.
