Default GIANT AntiSpyware Main Application

When you hover over the quick launch icon on your desktop
of Microsoft Anti-Spyware, it displays 'GIANT AntiSpyware
Main Application'. Also the core executable in the
directory X:\Program Files\Microsoft AntiSpyware\ still has
'GIANT...' in the file name

That's the systray icon, not the quick launch icon nor the desktop icon.

Go to the desktop icon, right click, choose properties. Under "Comment"
you'll see, "GIANT AntiSpyware Main Application"

That's because MS bought a company called GIANT. See www.giantcompany.com
GIANT makes the AS software. I've been using GIANT's Spam Inspector for a
year or so with very good results, but haven't tried AS until now.
