Adobe Premiere Pro & Creative PlayCenter

Have to shut down Antispyware to run these two
applications.

For Premiere, the program will start, run, work,
everything else; but its when you go to close it. The
window will close, but the program remains active on the
processes list, taking up CPU time and memory. Close
Antispyware and it ends the program.

For Playcenter, the program starts and hangs. Runs fine
without Antispyware running.
