Default Error 101

I have a Dell 4550 with multiple users. Only the first
user to log on gets the Antispyware to work (regardless
of whether it's an administrator). If I switch users,
the new user gets error 101 when attempting to run
Antispyware. If the first person logs completely off
before the next person logs on, then the Antispyware
works for the next person. It's time consuming to
completely log off rather than staying logged on and
switching users with Dell.

Default Re: Error 101

Can you try the following steps and reply back if it takes care of the
problem?

Open up control panel and double-click on add/remove programs.
Select Microsoft AntiSpyware
Select "Change"
On the Microsoft AntiSpyware Maintenance Wizard, click next.
On the next screen (Microsoft AntiSpyware Maintenance Wizard) select Update
Microsoft AntiSpyware and click next.
Select Install
Let the product update.
Click Finish.
