I installed the beta software today and can long longer
print on my local HP OfficeJet v40. I've gone through the roubleshooting guide for printing and shutdown both the Gateway PC, running XP Pro, and the printer. Any thoughts? |

ike,
Uninstall the HP software, if possible. Then go to Add/Remove Programs in the Control Panel, click the Change button next to MSAS, then choose the Update option. Then reinstall the HP software. IF it is not possible to uninstall the HP software, uninstall MSAS first. Then uninstall the Printer from the Control Panel. Reinstall MSAS, then the printer.
