MS Antispyware IE issue

I install MS Spyware and it works fine so I thought.
Don't know if MS Spyware is the cause or not but when I
try to open IE it can not open my set start page. It can
access any website except the the one I set as the
startpage.

Does anyone else have this problem?

To sum up the problem:

-I install MS Spyware and can't access start page. Give
error "cannot find server error" and display page can not
be foud error.

-I uninstall MS Spyware and not can't access the website
at all. Give same error. Weird part is I can access any
other website just fine.

If anyone can give me a solution I would really be
greatful. I been trying to access the website for days on
this pc with no luck, however I can use different pc and
access the website fine.

I have done every possible thing I can think of from
checking my Hosts file, resetting registry, restore
winsock, check IE to make sure its not on the block list,
everything I try resulted with no luck. i try pinging the
website and got this error:

"Request timed out. Packet: sent=4, Received =0 Lost=4
(100% lost)"

Yes I check the that the website is not down. It's up and
running fine. i just can't access it thru this pc now.

Any suggestion to fix this problem anyone?

oh the website is www.hotsearchunlimited.com check for
yourself and you'll see that its up. Somehow I can't get
to it on my pc.
