No real-time agent checkpoint details are visible; activate/deactivate
options not functional. No System Explorer options are visible. Has anyone else experienced this, and do you know what could cause it - either app conflicts or service dependencies? Scheduled updates and scans are working just fine. I've shut down or disabled other apps to see if they were conflicting (Norton 2005 F/W, A/V; SpywareGuard; Spybot resident), but no luck. Am running XP Pro SP2 and current on all updates. |

Installed on two machines within ten minutes, both XP
home. One with SP2 populates the System Explorers list fine and functions well. The one without SP2 would not populate the System Explorers list, but functions in all other areas. Adding SP2 did not help. Remove and reinstall did not change. Can't seem to find any other changes that seem to help. >-----Original Message----- >No real-time agent checkpoint details are visible; activate/deactivate >options not functional. Do you have Norton System Works or any security applications installed on
your machine?
