Where is the form to dispute a spyware listing?
Should all the details be posted to this public forum? |

Honestly,
The dispute forum will be live. Don't worry about that. Right now, this is beta and should be taken as how the end product will turn out. For now you can tell us that it's false and we'll take your word for it. It is beta and if you are genuinely concerned this will harm your business i have no doubt you will have some sort of solution presented to you in some form whether that be a workaround or a fix in the app itself. It's a little early to get jumpy. Why do YOU think it was misreporting? -- - Jon G xpguru@gmail.com "Jon G" <xpguru@gmail.com> wrote in message news:OMmD7NP9EHA.2368@cpmsftngsa05.privatenews.microsoft.com... > I'd like to see it. > > -- > - Jon G > xpguru@gmail.com > > "I'm Furious!" <anonymous@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message > news:0ce401c4f4f2$2ba73d60$a301280a@phx.gbl... >> Where is the form to dispute a spyware listing? >> >> Should all the details be posted to this public forum? > > |

Really?
I posted a dispute on this forum and again in the http://www.spynet.com/vendors.aspx dispute form on Jan 6th. I have heard nothing from anyone in Microsoft. We have had a significant number (well-documented) of our paying subscribers call upset that Microsoft AntiSpyware broke their eAcceleration Stop-Sign installations. We have had another significant (also well-documented) number of new customers complain that Microsoft AntiSpyware blocked their paid install from completing.
