Default Disable the rollout until Dispute Form is online

How can Microsoft push this "beta" product from their home
page without a vendor dispute form?

What happened to http://www.spynet.com/vendors.aspx?

Software on our customers machines worldwide is being
deleted.

Microsoft, HELP!!!

Where is MS pushing this out? You have to download and that after the "Test
XP" authentication test. If you got this file elsewhere, MS still didn't
push it out, you donwloaded.

Vendor disputes http://www.spynet.com/vendors.aspx is up now. Noticed
