Serious Issues on compatability

I have had serious isssue w/ this program. After
installation completed sucessfully other programs went
haywire causing them to crash. Even after reinstillation
of both Microsofts program and the affected programs
(incredamail and AIM) problems still persist. It causes
the programs to shut down on an attempted run.
