No there won't be any conflicts. But please don't consider Trend's spyware
functions to be of any value. It is a great AV program, but they have no
chance of threatening the spyware market at this point. The Trend Internet
Security 2004 was the first attempt to get into spyware, then the totally
mucked it up with their new 2005 version. Your best bet is to disable the
spyware functions in TIS.
