Script Block Settings

Is there a way to allow VB files that are associated
with .NET applications? Or at minumum, keep the requested
opening app after accepting warning.

Many times I will just open the .vb file in notepad and
the MS SpyWare is catching it and asking for me to
accept/block each file. It then opens in the default
application (Visual Studio .NET) instead of requested
application (Notepad).
