Use of non-latin Regional Setting

Hi. I have my system set up with Bulgarian regional setting
(Cyrrilic language), and albeit the dates do display
properly in Windows (eg in Control Panel), garbled
character (non-Cyrillic characters used to display Month
name) appear in e.g. Main Window.
