I cannot say till I get home, but the RTM of GIANT's works on MCE 2004 with
NIS 2005.

It works fine on MCE2004. If you are running MCE2005 AND using Media Center
Extenders, there is an issue. Please do not install MS AS on a computer that
is running MCE2005 and also using Media Center Extenders. If you are not
using Extenders, there is no issue.

Shannon,
Using MSAS on MCE2005 *IF* you are using a Media Center Extender prevents
the Extender from making a connection. If you are not using Media Center
Extenders, there is no issue.
