Hi...
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but for some reason NONE of the AGENTS will run in real time...nothing I do will change that...I don't see anything blocked but they won't run. Strange that even if I uninstall it won't fix the problem... If you have the answer please drop me an email at js_galbraith@comcast.net...I would REALLY appreciate it...thank you, Joseph |

This means you have to clean the system first. To do so, start the system in the Safe mode (F8 during boot-up), run Windows Explorer, go to your profile temporary folders (usually C:\Documents and Settings\username\local settings\temp and c:\....\local settings\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5) and delete all the files in those directories and subdirectories. Then do a full system scan with MS AntiSpyware (check the proper option under Scan settings). If you don't use any firewall - then start using one (Zone Alarm, Kerio, Agnitum Otpost or any other). If you don't have an antivirus - use one (here is for example a free one http://www.free-av.com) and keep it up to date. Also - keep the system up to date (I mean the service packs and patches). And of course you can try other "cleaning" software: Spybot Search&Destroy http://www.majorgeeks.com/download2471.html HijackThis http://www.majorgeeks.com/download3155.html CWShredder http://www.majorgeeks.com/download3019.html Ad-Aware SE Personal http://www.lavasoft.com/software/adaware/ McAfee Stinger http://vil.nai.com/vil/stinger/ -- Pozdrawiam serdecznie / Kind regards Mikolaj Kaminski MS-MVP, Poland |

Try this:
You can repair Windows AntiSpyware using Add or Remove Programs in Control Panel. Click Microsoft AntiSpyware and click Change. Click Next, and then click Update. -- Andre http://spaces.msn.com/members/adacosta FAQ for MS AntiSpy http://www.geocities.com/marfer_mvp/FAQ_MSantispy.htm "Joseph" <js_galbraith@comcast.net> wrote in message news:015c01c55f44$8eab1a00$a501280a@phx.gbl... > Hi... > I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but for some > reason NONE of the AGENTS will run in real time...nothing > I do will change that...I don't see anything blocked but > they won't run. > > Strange that even if I uninstall it won't fix the > problem... > > If you have the answer please drop me an email at > js_galbraith@comcast.net...I would REALLY appreciate > it...thank you, > > Joseph |
