Setup wizard runs each time MAS is opened

Default Setup wizard runs each time MAS is opened


Hi my microsoft antispyware is running the Setup wizard
each time I run the software (from the menu bar icon and
from a fresh start)
This is very annyoing as it won't save any changes i make.
