problem sending report

when i try to send a spy report from the program, it says
it can't and tells me to check my internet proxy settings.
ok... what do i have to do ?. microsoft offers no
explanation on what i should do. (not everybody is that
computer literate !)

Yes, other users have encountered that issue, unfortunately there is no fix
or work around at this time. Try back in beta 2.
