Need help with Pop-Ups!

I have Windows XP - have ran HijackThis, Spybot, Adware
Away, Microsoft Spyware and Norton Anti-Virus - After
scanning with all of this - I CANNOT get rid of those
popups! I also use MSN and have the pop-guard set on no-
pops ups - So what gives - Can anyone help me!
