Default [SECURITY BUG] Mcafee 9 and Babylon 5: wrong run registry permission

I installed Babylon Pro 5.0.6 and MS Antispyware after that
says that:

A startup value (VirusScan
Online:c:\PROGRA~1\mcafee.com\vso\mcvsshld.exe) has been
granted permission to be added to your startup registry
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run

but the new program to be inserted was babylon and not mcafee!

so babylon is inserted into RUN registry section, but ms
antispyware doesn't warn me about it because it has wrong!

Can you give clear instructions for replicating this? Is there a download
source for a trial version of this app, perhaps? I did find a download, but
somehow "the Iranian download site" didn't look as reputable as I'd have
liked.

Do you have McAfee on your machine?

to reproduce the bug:
with Mcafee 9.x installed and MS Antispyware Installed and
with real time protection on, simply install Babylon Pro 5.x
