Default NSIS math library detected

Whats's the score with the math.dll (by Nik Medved) being detected as a
nasty by MS AntiSpyware Beta1 (1.0.509)?

math.dll is included with NSIS 2.06 scriptable install system

What is it detected as?

If you can get the author involved, the quickest way to get this fixed is
for him to file for the false positive at:

I ran into this problem this morning as well with the 5709
definitions.

It is detected as Unclassified.Spyware.61; Type Spyware;
Threat Level: Severe

When you click on the Learn more about this threat link it
tells you there is no information available. I have also
just submitted this as a false positive at the URL below.

Did you check it with the 5711 definitions?

Default NSIS math library detected

That may be a false positive. At various points, Mcafee,
Norton, and Computer Associates have had false positives
for viruses on the nsisdl.dll plugin. Perhaps the same
thing is happening with a spyware false positive for math.
dll. I have had the dll on my system for a long time. It
just started being detected as spyware.

That's useful--do you know what definition version was in place when the
detection started?

Is the issue still there with 5711 definitions?

I have my definitions set to update daily. My system
first detected the problem with the 5709 definitions. The
problem still exists with the 5711 definitions.

I hope that helps.
