Missing a function in program.

Today I got an warning that browseui.dll tried to install.
I had to decide to allow or block. I blocked!!

Now I got lots of warning that this Item was blocked by
user.....I decided to unblock and allow it to Install! It
seemed harmless by info. from internet.

BUT HOW DO I DO THAT???? HOW DO I ALLOW AN ITEM THAT I
HAVE ALREADY BLOCKED??

In the "blocked event log" I can only unblock or remove!
If I unblock and restarts the computers its the
same...its blocked! Its back!

If I in the same list tries to remove it.....it comes
back..as blocked! Its back!

The only way that I manage to remove the blocking so that
I would get the ALLOW or BLOCK warning again was to
remove it in the pop-up warning that were saying that It
was blocked by user! I had to act quickly and click on
the blue text line in the pop-up warning.
I then got an new little window were I could remove the
blocking.

AT LAST I GOT IT REMOVED....AND THE WARNING WITH THE
ALLOW & BLOCK came back. Now I could allow´it!!



THIS MUST BE SOMETHING VERY WRONG WITH THIS
PROGRAM..........By reading the manual its not the
same.....were is the re-activate button??

QUESTION:
Can somevone explain how to ALLOW an item when you by
misstake blocked it!!!!!
