sending in my suggested spyware report

when i try to send in this report it tells me to check my
proxy settings. i dont use proxy and im on broadband. plus
i think i found an .exe file that needs to be in the
definitions.

Yep, this is a known issue, no fix at the moment, check back at beta 2.
