Automatic quarantine

Can you expand on a scenario where this would be useful?

MSAS should remove and quarantine known/dangerous spyware
automatically.

people like kids or someone who's not savy enough who
take a long time to respond when annoying pop-up alert
shows up. spyware/adware should be automatic quarantine
in a certain time.
