Either your date and time are set incorrectly--please check--or:
Check the long and short date formats for your locale, via control panel. Reset these to the topmost choice in the drop-down control. This works for most, but not all languages and locales--there have been a few folks for whom we haven't been able to fix this issue. -- FAQ for Microsoft Antispyware: http://www.geocities.com/marfer_mvp/FAQ_MSantispy.htm "Anonymus" <qwertjadaml@msn.com> wrote in message news:157701c5483e$ffea3b00$a401280a@phx.gbl... > When I start AntySpyware it say: > Microsoft AntiSpyware has expired at 2005 July 31 > What's the problem? |

I am having the same exact problem. I am certain it has
nothing to do with date/time or whatever because my Norton programs have the same problem. Both programs cannot have date/time or whatever problems!!! >-----Original Message----- >When I start AntySpyware it say: >Microsoft AntiSpyware has expired at 2005 July 31 >What's the problem? >. > |

On the contrary--you now have two programs showing similar issues--I think
that's pretty interesting. It happens that both of them may use the same programming language. Have you tested the suggestions given in this and similar threads? 1) check the date and time and be certain they are correct. 2) Let me spell this out fully: Go to Control Panel, Date, Time, Language, and Regional options. Choose Regional and Language options On the Regional Options tab, click on Customize in the upper right. Click on the Date tab. Change both the Short date format and the Long date format to the topmost choices in each drop-down box. See whether that does the job for you. -- FAQ for Microsoft Antispyware: http://www.geocities.com/marfer_mvp/FAQ_MSantispy.htm "budtkaboy2000@gmail.com" <anonymous@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:1cf401c54903$015d04d0$a601280a@phx.gbl... >I am having the same exact problem.
