I'm glad you're still here..or did you mean the false positive?

If you are still seeing the false positive after attempting to update to
5711, my current understanding is that the update is not complete.

I've been recommending deleting the definition files, but that seems to have
left one user in a less-than-functional condition, so I'm not sure what to
recommend at this point--perhaps an update installation followed by another
attempt to update the definitions.

I have been having problems updating to definitions 5711, its the famous "No
Internet Connection Available", I have tried all the suggestions that I have
been recommending ever since and none seem to work. Downloaded a new build
off the website, but it does not include 5711 yet, and the definition number
is not syncronized. AntiSpyware Team needs to work that out. Renamed the
specified gcd files but that does not work either.

Mine froze getting 5711, then froze again after a quick scan. Needed reboot
to get all my ducks back in order.

My PC has been messed up of late, File Transfer Manager won't work either, I
don't know what to do. :-(
