Schedule Problem

I have a client who's machine I access via VNC. Just installed the
Antispyware software, and for some reason, it won't allow the schedule to
be changed from 2am every day. Is this a known issue, or am I doing
something wrong? I have installed it this way on a variety of other
machines, and had no issues up until this point.
