HELP......LOADS OF PROBLEMS!!

Help!!
My computer seems to have gone crazy over the last few
days.
My AVG Anti Virus and Microsoft AntiSpyware both seem to
have been disabled and I cannot access System Restore to
backdate the system. Did manage to reinstall AVG ...now
disabled again...and a scan revealed that there were 2
Trojan horses Download 30. Deleted 1 but the other was
said to be embedded in the archives and wouldn't let me
delete.
Now many files will not open...flash briefly on the screen
and then disappear...and the computer is SO slow.
Can you help, please?
