Default Internet Explorer Trusted / Restricted sites

Beta 1 seems to have difficulty telling the difference
between trusted and restricted sites. If I manually add a
site to the restricted sites zone, it pops up a message
asking for approval for the site to be added to the
trusted sites zone! Thankfully, if I allow the change,
the site is added to the correct zone, but this message
can be quite confusing.

Thanks--you are quite right--the current builds put up a number of downright
misleading messages. I expect to see this change by beta2.
