I changed the home page in IE to www.coursecompass.com
This site happens to be the place where I do my algebra homework. About the only sites I will visit with IE are Microsoft's and the homework site. I currently log on as guest (the lowest user level I can find). It seems that microsoft antispyware thinks that IE is hijacked. I clicked always ignore, Is there a better way to stop this false positive? -Jed |

You can go to tools, advanced tools, browser hijack restore settings and set
the home page setting(s) to your desired page. You may find that you are not able to do this as a limited user, however--not sure. For the purposes of the current beta builds, the program requires running as an administrator. Yes--you and I and Microsoft are all aware that this isn't how it should be designed--and it will change. -- FAQ for Microsoft Antispyware: http://www.geocities.com/marfer_mvp/FAQ_MSantispy.htm "Jed Crary" <anonymous@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:197401c5327f$a817e1e0$a401280a@phx.gbl... >I changed the home page in IE to www.coursecompass.com > This site happens to be the place where I do my algebra > homework.
