Default Bullseye on Taskbar


Hi,
I am wondering what it means when the Bullseye is light
and dark blue and black rings instead of the red yellow
and black rings.

Either Remote Desktop, Remote Assistance or Terminal Services is running.

This happens when a feature based on Terminal Services has been used on the
machine--Remote Desktop, Remote Assistance, or Fast User Switching.

It's a bug--no intended meaning.
