You are posting it at the right place, Scheduled Scanning is not a guranteed
working feature. In your case, you are probably the first person I have read
from encountering issues with PM. Have you updated to the latest build .509
to see if it fixes the issue? Are you logged on as an Administrator?

Are you selecting a time between 12:00 and 12:59? Known issue. as is the
appearance when you select 10 AM. Thanks for the report--choose a different
time.
