I did get rid of it using the advanced controls - however
it came back & now I can't get on to most sites at all! See the new post under "Applications" to see if the issue gets resolved..... SR >-----Original Message----- >Okay, here's a fun one. The only possible solution I can suggest is to restart your computer in safe
mode, on the Scan Page of Microsoft AntiSpyware, choose Scan Options and do a full system scan. Also turn off system restore, just in case it tries to restore itself with system snapshop, (Right click My Computer > Properties > System Restore). Also Enable show hidden files and folders and go to C:\ Documents and Settings > You Username > Local Settings > Temp (folder) and empty its contents. -- Andre http://spaces.msn.com/members/adacosta FAQ for MS AntiSpy http://www.geocities.com/marfer_mvp/FAQ_MSantispy.htm "Steve Rosen" <srosen2004@comcast.net> wrote in message news:2e5401c520c6$7bc21ea0$a501280a@phx.gbl... >I did get rid of it using the advanced controls - however > it came back & now I can't get on to most sites at all! > See the new post under "Applications" to see if the issue > gets resolved..... > SR >>-----Original Message----- >>Okay, here's a fun one.
