System Explorer

Hi i have downlaoded and installed the MASB-1 for
microsoft.com run a scan found 1 spyware and removed it
but i was looking at the advanced tools feature, and
clicked system explorer and the left hand box is blank my
friends go the same one and has a list full but mine
seems to be blank.

I unistalled this and reinstalled this but didn't help as
as the system explorer list is still blank.

Im running Windows XP Pro/1GB RAM/3200AMD64bit
