BUG: Waring dialog go off screen

When my task bar is vertical (on the right side of the screen), the warring
dialog displayed and went up to the top of the task bar (which is off
screen) and I can't see it

Yes, this is a known issue, put the taskbar back at the bottom and accept
the notification or use the Alt-tab XP Power Toy utility to view it if you
are running Windows XP.
