Bug when Scheduling Scan

I seem to have a problem scheduling a scan for midday -
when I schedule a scan to start in between 12:00 and 12:59
it seems to change the date to zero hundred hours (00:00
instead of 12:00). Either side of 12 hundred hours works
fine - is this a bug or am I missing something?

Yes, this is a known issue, please use another time frame.
