slow computer after installing antispyware

after installing antispyware my computer is now very slow
why ?

Please give a few more details about yours system, are you on a laptop?
check your Task Manager> Processes > and see what is spike'n there.

Also do a defrag the computer in safe mode and do a disk clean up. Also
empty any unecessary files in your temp folder under your user account in
documents and settings.

Also, click start > run (type in) "msconfig" without quotes > startup (tab),
disable any unnecessary programs that might be starting up with the system.
