Exception Errors

After installing, cannot run scan or open console without
application shutting down, and generating a report to
Microsoft. Previously well-running system with:

WinXP Pro SP2
Office 2003
Symantec AV 2005
Dual AthlonMP CPU
1GB RAM

I have installed the Beta on my Dell Laptop with XP Pro SP2
and Symantec AV Corporate version - it is running fine.

There should be a details link on the error window; use it and provide
further information about the files (modules) involved in the crash.

That report is sent to Microsoft, actually, like Sandi said, there should be
a "click here" to see more information on the dialog. In the mean time,
uninstall and reinstall the software then run a scan in Safe Mode.
