Default I have one small problem

I installed the spyware but everytime I click on the icon
to start it up & get a install wizard trying to start
install CD creator 5. Which I had been trying to install
about a month earlier but not recently. (I cant install
the cd creator because I dont have the right cd for it, i
just have the cd that came with my computer). I tried
unstalling the spyware & downloading it again in a
different folder & reinstalling & the same thing still
happens. I can get past the install wizard by keep
clicking cancel. but how to I stop it from keep popping
up? does the spyware want the CD creator installed for
some reason??

thanks
cindy

This is a snafu with the Windows Installer. I would recommend downloading
the Installer cleanup tool:

http://support.microsoft.com/defaul...kb;en-us;290301

And cleaning traces of CD creator 5, if it is listed by the tool.

The other way to fix this kind of issue is to do a complete install of
whatever it is bugging you about, and then uninstall it--that'd be a pain
with CD Creator, so I hope it'll be listed by the cleanup tool.
