BUG REPORT: Vertical taskbar does not allow Antispyware popups

I have my Windows Taskbar in a vertical position on the right side of the
screen instead of the normal bottom position. When popups occur from
Antispyware, they just scroll up the screen and never stay put so I am not
able to select them. I have to move my taskbar to the bottom of the screen
to be able to see the popups. Thanks.
