Great product, I have noticed one small glitch. Sometimes I look down and
find 2-3 icons in the system tray (I havn't done anything to start another instance of the program). When I mouse over the icons they dissapear (except for one) then a while later they seem to come back. I disabled the icon but thought you might want to know about the glitch. I think this program will be a huge hit. It seems stable and I love the ease of use. My favorite feature is simple tool for regaining control of a hijacked browser. FYI I am on a tablet PC running XP 2005. |

That's a "Windows'ism" by the way.
Sometimes when a process terminates that has created a Tray Icon the icon remains until you refresh that section of the screen (move your mouse over the tray). If the icons are AntiSpyware icons: Why the process (AntiSpyware) has terminated and restarted a number of times is possibly the cause of a bad installation If the icons are for different programs/utils: The icons can disappear when EXPLORER.EXE crashes. If a crash is occurring, you'll need to source the cause of the problem. Regards Mark >-----Original Message----- >Great product, I have noticed one small glitch. The Icons were for Antispyware, Do you suggest I uninstall and reinstall?

This application should place one icon in the system tray
(anyone else correct me if I'm wrong). I would suggest you do try a re-install of AntiSpyware. Uninstall first, reboot, then re-install.
