msn.com birrage of popups

Some code has attached itself to IE in such a way that
when I go to http://www.msn.com a birrrage of popups
occur, including the sound of an engine. I finally have
to close the browser window. NOTHING helps it - Spybot
S&D, Ad-Aware, Spy Sweeper or anti-Spyware. Is there
some info I can get you so you could improve anti-Spyware
to catch this type of thing? This behavior does not
occur with any other site I visit.
