Small UI issue

I have my taskbar on the left side of the window. What
happens is when an alert pops up it scrolls up and off
the screen never stopping. When I put the taskbar at the
bottom it then stop at the top of the taskbar.

Same issue here on several machines. Has MS done anything about this?

At this time the workaround is to dock the start bar at the bottom (or top).
Having the start bar on the sides will cause this condition.
