BUG: Deactivate script blocking

if i deactivate "script blocking feature", and try to reactivate it, the GUI
shows it still deactivated, but the software will ask for running a script,
so I guess it reactivates is successfully, but the gui doesn't show it up.
If I allow a script to run, it will open up in a new window for the first
time, and after the script runs this windows closes automatically, but after
that it will run just fine in the same command prompt.
