BUG: Scroll bar missing

When you go to Real Time Protection, click the System
agent settings, it automatically selects the first agent
(the host file agent). This causes the checkpoint details
screen to show up. However, the details info appears on
top of the scroll bar so that you cannot scroll down
through the list of agents. Manually resizing the screen
causes the scroll bar to re-appear.
