Tracks Eraser doesn't empty Recycle Bin

Most of the Tracks Eraser functions seem to work except
for the Windows Recycle Bin. Whether I check it alone or
along with other features, the Recycle Bin is never
emptied when I click Erase Tracks.

I selected all options in Tracks Eraser and it did not
seem to clear temp internet files, URL history...weird...

It seems that on my system Tracks Eraser won't erase anything when run from
a limited user account.
