I ran a scan on my machine this morning and found the
scan incorrectly found adware. The issue is that the registry key we have is a valid key. The noted threat is actually in a different location in the HKCU key. The following is the scan detail on the problem. Hopefully this will be fixed. Details: AdRoar is an Internet Explorer browser helper object that displays pop-up windows. Status: Ignored Elevated threat - Elevated threats are usually threats that fall into the range of adware in which data about a user's habits are tracked and sent back to a server for analysis without your consent or knowledge.
