Conifguration of IE Settings

It appears that under normal operation you do not get a
grid of the desired IE settings as you do at the end of
the first run.

INstead you have to go to the Browser Hijack Restore and
then one by one click "Change restore setting to new URL"
to change the value.

These settings should take the existing IE settings
except those it thinks are suspect.
