This beta will be made publicly available; there is no release date beyond
the initial press release statement. Press release can be found here:

No beta id or invitation is required to download the beta.

Clackamas County Information Services in Oregon would
certainly be willing to do beta testing of the new
SpyWare product. Please contact me is this can be
arranged.
