Default Windows Installer problem on launching

I've installed the antispyware but when I launch it, a
Windows Installer box pops up and then a second box comes
up saying that "The feature you are trying to use is on a
network resource that is unavailable. Click OK to try
again, or enter an alternative path to a folder
containing the installation package "SystemUpdate.msi" in
the box below." I am not connected to the network at the
time but why does launching the antispyware care about a
feature/product for SAP setup system Update?

I have the same problem, but Installer is trying to
install/update Easy CD Creator. Probably same solution,
if only we can find it out!
